Online Registration
Online Registration allows you to pay by credit card, with payment by Visa or MasterCard through the security of Paypal until 5:00 pm (EST) on Tuesday, July 10, 2012.

Registering by Mail
For ease of processing and insuring immediate entry into your workshop choices, we strongly recommend payment be made in full online with the credit card option.  However, if not convenient, check payments may be made, however, you must first go online and complete the registration form.   At the payment screen, do not complete charge card information.  Mail your check or money order payable to NYCEFT, 641 Lexington Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY  10022.  Check payments must be received prior to July 1, 2012.  After that date, please contact Karen Giunta, kgiuntalmft@snet.net.  We cannot guarantee space in the workshops without full payment.

On-site Registration
Registration for the Pre-Conference Workshops will be from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 12, 2012.
Registration for the full summit will begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 12, 2012, prior to the Welcoming Keynote Address.
Daily registration begins at 8:30 am on Friday and Saturday.

Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-Conference Workshops are offered in addition to the Summit program. If you have not yet registered for the Summit, you can register for the Summit and Pre-Conference Workshops through the regular registration process.

• You can attend the Pre-Conference Workshops even if you are not attending the Summit
• If you have already registered for the Summit, you can add the Pre-Conference Workshops to your program by returning to the registration page

CEU’s
CEU’s will be available for pre-conference, single day and full summit attendance.  TRI EFT Alliant provides CEU’s in conjunction with Alliant International University. Alliant International University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Alliant International University maintains responsibility for the program and its content.  Alliant International University is approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to provide continuing education for MFTs and LCSWs (provider #PCE234). Alliant International University is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing to provide continuing education for Nurses (provider #CEP11235).  You are responsible for ensuring that this approval will satisfy your regional continuing education requirements.  We recommend contacting your licensing board for more information.
